Hey guys, i'm new here i and i have a question that i need an answer too pretty desperately.
i just got a 94 runner back in january, and i found out the bad way that it did not have a spare tire retrieval bar with the tool kit. it was the first night taking it home, and i ran into a flat and could not lower the spare tire so i had to take the one out of my mom's camry and do a lot of bending and finally got it.
i would hate to run into this situation again, so i'm looking to purchase this tool. i've searched all over the net and have found nothing cheap. i went to a stealership and the wanted 58 bucks plus tax for the whole jack kit for they would not part it out.
so i'm asking for any help you guys can give me with this search of mine, i really appreciate it.
oh yes, it has 154k miles on it, bought it for 4500, put 2000 to do a major tune up, belts, pumps, liquids, seals, filters, and minor suspension parts. and so now i don't have much $$ haha, but it runs like a champ, besides some slight missing at idle, i'm thinking egr. anyways thanks for listening to my rant, are there any other quick maintanence things i should watch out for? like cleaning the tb and what nots.
