I don't know where to get them, but I do know that they're popular in Japan on some SUVs.

Maybe a Japanese source for 4Runner parts would carry them?

Are you sure that you wouldn't be happy with the little, round blind spot mirrors that stick onto your side mirrors?

Actually I have a wedge style blind spot mirror now but Im not happy with it.

Have you guys seen this? I found this while surfing the net. They claim that drilling is not required. anyone have this?

You might want to try something like this. I had one in my old car and really liked it since it was inside the car and wouldn't fog up. I just haven't gotten around to ordering another.
