Where to mount PIAA's

Just picked up some PIAA offroad lights for my truck and dont know where to install them. I've been looking for a safari bar and I can't seem to find anything for a 3rd gen limited. I don't want to go with a full brush gaurd, it's just not my taste.
On to the questions,
1) Do any companies make any type of light bar for my truck? (not a brush gaurd)
2) Where else should I mount the lights if I cant find a bar and how is it done? Is there a write up on mounting on the bumper for any 3rd gens?

Thanks in advance!

Jaos makes great accessories and bars to mount the lights but they are pricey, although they are worth all the money! JAOS

Replied to your email. Here is the light bar (lamp stay) link:

And here is the Westin bull bar link.

Both of these items are also avail for 96-98 4Runners as well.

P.S. we can also get any PIAA light made, just ask in email or pm, etc.

I was checking out your site Jason, and I am going to get the Westin bar. I'll place an order within the next week or so here. My Piaa's are like 5 3/8 inches around. Will they clear the bar if I have them in the same place as the one you have pictured and still have room for my front plate to be seen? MN laws require a front plate or I'd have two sets of lights instead of just one.

What did you say I needed for parts at home depot to make this fit?

One last thing. This is my 1st 4wd vehicle and I want to do a lift between two and three inches. Can you email me and let me know my options with that. For the record, I'm not an offroader so much, but that's not saying I couldn't get into it, I just like the raised look. Let me know when you have some time.

Thoose lights will fit, because I sold a set of the Jaos Progreate lights for this same bar, and they are 6" round, and they just fit in.

On the lift, check this out.

^^
Again, this is my first truck, so I know nothing about lifts. Spacers pretty much use my stock suspension at a raised height? How's the ride?
I bought this truck used with 265/75/16R's. I know these are not the stock tires, but they are brand new. Will they work with this lift or will it look stupid without a meatier tire/wheel upgrade?

After some slider's I really want to lift my 4Runner...and this looks like a sweet set up...what is shipping charges to zipcode 05446?
Thanks for that direct link for this lift...I have been researching them and this is definately reasonable with the price. Thanks.
