Where to mount your amp?

I have 2 12s in my car, but I recently had to take them out because I had to move some stuff. The amp was mounted on the back of the backseat. I had to take that off as well. My question is, where is a better place to mount the amp? I don't want it to be seen.

I got an 06 limited 4wd.

I have 2 amps, one under each front seat in my '03 limited. You could also pull out the stock sub and mount the amp where that is if you have JBL

How do you keep it secured under the seat?

I took the seat out and bolted it down with 4 self-tapping screws in the amp's mounting holes.

I'm surprised you don't run into heat issues with such a small space.

That's a great spot to put them, the problem is though, the PDX amps are so ridiculously small, I doubt anybody would be able to fit any other type of amp in that compartment.

That's a great install, but sadly I have the JBL and that area is full in my truck
