Which rock sliders ?

BudBuilt Bumpout Non Beefy

I will recommend the BudBuilt Bumpout non beefy sliders all day long, everyday. The bump out will almost always save your body from damage. Body damage is the one thing that makes me cringe.

So I notice you have f/r bumpers and you use "non beefy sliders".

You do relies that higher % of damage to the body will come from the lower area.

Especially by the looks of your ride, you probably won't be taking it into a trail that has probable body damage rating.< This is just an observation.

@OP... Any slider will help and the BEEFIER for any extreme use will help. Makes nicer step sides also.

What do you mean I don't take it where body damage won't happen?! This is a wheeling machine.

I feel that the BudBuilt non beefy are sufficient protection. I have full BudBuilt skids underneath. The SKIDS and SLIDERS are the two most important pieces of protection for our trucks IMO.

OP- I had mounting issues with the Shrockworks when I had a set of theirs. The mounting locations did not align with frame hole locations and i wasn't going to drill the frame. On another note, having a place to stand and walk on is also beneficial if you were looking at the non bump out Shrockworks.

My reference of meaning on probable body damage trails is--- one that you make the wrong move you will receive damages from the side. And I was going on the pristine body on your ride.

Budbuilt DOES make one of the BEST under armor IMO. And was also going on NON beefy skids on an extreme trails they would get some beating beauty bangs left on them from them trails. I am running heavy DOM sliders and have dings and dents in mine from extreme trails. Slight lower body dings also, thanks to the sliders keeping them to minimal.

And yes, the kick outs help out a LOT for all purposes.

And again, I APOLOGIZE for any offense you may have taken from my response.

No worries! I gotcha.....the only damage so far is pin striping. The sliders and skids are banged up.

RCI is 15% off through Monday 11/30 and Budbuilt sliders are 16% off through tomorrow 11/29 if that helps you with your decision.

I am currently deciding between the two myself. Budbuilts are $100 more for me with shipping but that is the way I am leaning with the partial tread as it seems to be the consensus that budbuilt are superior. However the full tread on the RCIs looks pretty good.

Are the Budbuilt with tread angled upward like the RCI (20 degrees)?

I'm really happy with the RCIs. Got them on the group buy.

Mounting holes we spot on and the gussets and welding was good. I'd buy from them again.

They came in pretty quickly. I did my own powder to keep everything the same look.

Add them to the list.

Those look like you could also use them as a step to get to the top? I'm a short guy and will need that feature.

Is it safe to say that any of them will provide an adequate foot hold upon which to step?

I feel certain that you can stand on any of them that have enough room to get your feet on-

I'm always stepping or walking on mine

My skids are due in January.
