Rock slider steps for petite Arab woman 2018 4Runner

Recently I gave my 2018 4Runner to my ex-wife, who is about 5'3" inches tall. She likes the car (more than I ever did), but has trouble getting in and out of it, even though it is at factory ride height.

So I would like to get her a set of rock sliders she can uses as steps to make it easier to get in and out. I had a set of similar sliders or steps on a lifted Suburban I owned for a while, and it had flats cast into it specifically to be used as steps:

So I was wondering if anyone could recommend something similar for a 2018 4Runner. These rock sliders will never slide any rocks, but will help a little old lady get up into her 4Runner.

On a related note, the car is in Anaheim, CA, and I am in Reno. If anyone has any recommendations for a reliable jobber down in the Anaheim area who can sell these and install them for a reasonable amount of money, I'd appreciate that as well.

Why not just get a set of running boards? Much easier to use as a step to get in and out of a vehicle than sliders! I speak from experience - I removed a set of running boards and installed rock sliders. Sliders are tucked up way too tight against the body of vehicle to work well as steps.
