Which Scion HU?

After doing some looking around it seems there are a few (at least 2) different 2006 Scion HU's out there. Can someone clue me in to the differences? I know one is an in-dash 6-disc changer. Anything else notable?

I'm thinking about getting one and would like a 6-disc changer, but having an iPod interface is more important. Both would be nice : Theres a unit on ebay selling for $611! That's not what everyone is paying, is it?

$611 is rediculous. Thats what a brand new one from the dealer costs. Most people pay around 75-100 for the single disc and probably around 175-225 for the 6disc.

2004 Models:
-Single disc MP3 player
-6-disc MP3 player w/10-color change display

2005:
Same as 2004, but with SRT (sound re-touch for MP3 files) and startup screen customization. Also the "tC" model is added on both models.

2006:
-Single disc MP3/WMA player with volume knob.
-Single disc MP3/WMA player with iPod interface + 10 color change display

If you get the iPod model, you'll have to get the wiring and interface for the iPod and wire it up. I remember seeing someone on Scionlife.com doing it on their xB.

$611 is the retail price for the 6-disc model. That's just a ridiculous price to pay. I paid $225 shipped for a brand new, 6-disc unit, a while back on eBay. They show up once in a while so keep looking.

I just bought 2005 Scion single CD HU for $35 including shipping on ebay. I bid on a couple of 2006s on ebay, but they are going above $110+ right now - too rich for me.

Do you have any idea where the link to the xB is... I need the wiring for the iPod deck, and I dont know where to get it.
