Which water pump? Hose or no hose?

Trying to figure out which water pump to get. Apparently there are two kinds...one with a small steel hose coming out one end and a version without the small steel hose.
Can't figure out which one I have on my truck. Any pointers on figuring out which one I need?

Figured it out with help from another board

But I'll post the info here to help others out. Mine has an extra hose coming out near the thermostat housing. Apparently most of the v-6s have this. To not have it is rare and usually is confined to the early v-6s in the mid to late 80s.
