Whistling noise coming in dash

I bought a new OEM replacement dash for my 2004 4Runner and had it installed at the local toyota dealership. Now when I get >60mph there's a noise that comes from the dash around the defroster area/underneath the dash(?). Sounds almost like wind is blowing across a leaf/piece of paper making a slight rattling noise. The dealership told me to bring it back but I'd have to leave it for a day or so, and I'm wondering if it's something I could myself. Are you any of you guys familiar with this, or know of a solution?

I think I know the whistle/whine your talking about. Mine has it as well but only at higher speeds like you said and ONLY when I step on the accelerator. If I am doing 70 with my foot on the pedal I can hear it, and when I take it off it goes away even though my speed is the same. Then foot on gas = whine/whistle, foot off = gone. Is this consistent with yours? Not something that bothers me too much.

I actually haven't tried to see if it'd stop if I let off the gas at high speeds. It's not loud, but it does annoy me a great deal. It sounds like I could seal something in particular it would stop.
