hey guys, i have a 99 limited with a 113000. i also just had the timing belt changed about 15000 miles back. lately whenever I start the car, i hear a whistling sound from the motor and the tranmission will not shift into second gear. after about three minutes of my rpms going high because it wont shift up, it finally goes back to normal. has anyone ever heard of this or know what's going on? thanks for the help.
