White Letters or Black Wall tires on TRD Pro Cement.

The white out gang is pretty serious. If you're on the fence I'd keep the white inside.

Or, you could just order black letters rather than turning them to the inside.

Personally, I like white letters (had them on my last three off-road vehicles). Goes back to my fondness of the muscle car era. But, I got black letter BFGs for my 4Runner because:

• Keeping the white letters white was a PITA. I'd usually cleaned them with tire cleaner and a scrub brush at each wash. When they got scuffed while off-roading, I'd often have to resort to using randon orbital with a scrubbing pad.
• Off-road use would sometimes result in fraying the outer edges of the white letters.
• The 4Runner did not originally come with them.

Then, I occasionally see a vehicle where one of its white letter tires had been turned into a whitewall, presumably by curb scrubbing. This seemed to be common with old Explorers for some reason. :crazy:

It really depends on how much time you want to dedicate to cleaning them and making them look nice. If you plan on doing a lot of off-roading you will probably want them black.
