White smoke after Valve Cover Gaskets - 3VZE

I've been struggling to fix a valve cover leak on my 91 over the last several days, I replaced the valve cover gaskets, intake manifold gasket, TB gasket, several vacuum lines, and some coolant hoses. I've finally got everything put back together, started it, and it is just billowing white smoke from the exhaust.

The leak was flowing into one of my plugs and making it dirty as hell, I've got all new wires and plugs on order but could this cause it to smoke? I've had distilled water in the rad so I couldn't smell any antifreeze if it was there.
I'm driving myself crazy over this simple thing and how I could have possible ****ed something up.

Did you do a coolant system pressure test?
You can get a reasonably low cost kit from Harbor Freight and find one of their very rare 20% off coupons to save some extra dollars. This can help you identify where the leak is.
