I pulled in and the guy came out rather calmly but with the hail coming down hard he knew what I was doing. I quickly jumped out and apologized and said whatever he wanted was going to be worth more than my $300 insurance deductible for repairs. He chuckled and understood since he went through an insurance claim due to hail too. I offered him $20 but he wouldn't take it so when I was leaving I threw a $10 at him as I was leaving and "tough, keep it".

We only got pea-sized hail for a few seconds, but some places got up to baseball sized hail which did a lot of damage.
