Sh*t...I just realized...my mufflers aren't stock. The last owner modified the exhaust from the cats back. So not sure mine would be much help. You're probably looking for stock, stock?

My brother and I are prototyping and testing a few designs to hopefully eventually sell for the FJ and 4Runner. Yup, 1/2" sheet metal.

Can be bolted to either side of the frame. Haven't tested the strength yet, only through Solidworks FEA simulation. But it should be stronger than some of the other designs out there rated at 10,000lbs because ours is from 1/2" plate. I will start a group buy thread and maybe one in the 4th gen section if/when the time is ready.

Rough guess based on the pictures and assumption it's made from something like 1018 mild steel. The weakest point will be the bolts that go into the frame. Considering that mounting point is typically used to install the factory trailer hitch and full steel bumpers; I'd say as long as they have Grade 8 or high bolt's it'd probably do a good 10k or more snatch (about what I used my factory one for a couple years back)
