Who Has The Most Miles?

toyota having good quality is no secret to the rest of the world. i want to know how many miles are on your toyota truck or car. the only rule is that it has to be the ORIGINAL engine (or at least is as far as you know of). be sure to post year and model, as well as the engine type. i want to see all of you guys that have 2-300+!!!


oh yeah, by the way, my vehicles:

89 4runner (22rec): 109,000 (not very many. . . .yet)
94 celica GT (5s-fe): 143,000, running perfect
88 camry 4-cyl: sold at 220,000, still running strong
89 camry 4-cyl: sold at 218,000, still running strong
90 previa 4-cyl: sold at 185,000, still running strong
86 nova (joint effort between chevy and toyota- it had the corolla engine of the same year in it stock): sold at 226,000, still running (not strong, but it was my first experimental engine. gotta start somewhere)

i voted no problems, because the work i had done, while expensive, was normal wear and tear type stuff.

'89 4runner, original 22re, 230K miles. in the last 10K i had the original timing chain and original clutch replaced. other than that, the truck has had nothing else other than normal maintenance done.

Had my 4Runner 3 or 4 weeks. I have 3000 miles on that. Check the sig for info.

I had a 1990 4Runner SR5 4WD with a 3.slow and auto tranny. I sold it in 2000 with 235,000 miles on it. All original.

Toyota really must make vehicles that last cause I have seen more 2nd Gen 4Runners on the road then any other older vehicle, what are the years the 2nd gen where made, I know 95 was the last year but what was the 1st year, see more then a afew 1st gen Toyota Pickups/4Runners to

ive got an 88 4 runner with 126k miles on it.... as far as I know, the only "problem" was the timing belt was changed to a chain.... other than that it runs better than my parents 97 olds aurora(sp?) that has about 80k on it.
My buddy has a yota pickup in his side yard(not sure what year) with 300k+ on the motor. the only reason it wont stay running right now is because the fuel pump is clogged (and rusted to the frame)
