Who is interested in a "behind the grill" light mount bracket?

The first round of production / sales is over and all 32 units are spoken for. For anyone else who is interested, send me a PM and I will see what I can do. Previous pricing is no longer applicable as I was only able to offer the brackets at that price due to economies of scale. ​

I posted my whole HID lighting setup for sale on the classifieds last week which included the bracket I made for it, and not surprisingly, I received a whole bunch of PM's from people who were interested in just the mount.

So…

Heres the deal.

If I can get enough people interested to make it worthwhile for me to drive up, buy a half sheet of .125" steel, and load it up in the water jet on my day off, I would be willing to crank out a one time run of these brackets.

They are water jet cut, include hardware, will be un coated, and have no holes in the top for you to drill to the specs of your lights.

*** Use with the grill of your choice, but you may need to modify it to fit slightly. The bracket replaces the push/pull fasteners that secure the upper grill assembly with grade 8 1/4"x20 bolts which also bolt into the core support. Its sturdy as heck.

Anywho, start a list here with those who are interested. I would need a couple of weeks to get them done as it will be done in my spare time and I would appreciate the payment, or at lease a deposit in advance.

since it appears to be 4 bolts wide could I use the outer bolts instead of the inner ones to run a 30" LED bar a la the Baja Designs (there's a thread somewhere on here about it) or Rigid SR, or would modifications need to be made?

The bolts encircled in yellow in the pic above are for mounting the bracket only. In the version I will be making for you guys, there will only be those mounting holes, no slotted holes like in the picture above and I will modify it a bit to accommodate pretty much any light you can cram in there. If a 30" Baja or 30" Rigid isn't too wide, it will fit. When you guys get ahold of these brackets, I would prime, paint, and mount them first. Then get your chosen lights and see where you want them positioned, check for grill clearance etc, then mark the location, get your drill out and then drill your holes. Hope that helps. I am heading over to tinker a bit today so maybe I can nock one out for someone to try out before I run a whole bunch.

Sounds good. Since that would be the biggest light bar I would run and probably make it work I could also go smaller...big fan of the versatility. Count me in.
