Beefier than 12 ga. mild steel? I guess I could use 1/8th inch but its completely unnecessary. I can literally stand on the mount, plus, the mount isn't the weak link. the weak link is the truck its bolted to
I would have no prob. shipping to an APO as long as you pay the difference.

I'm gonna give it one more day and get the final list together, then send out a formal PM to everyone on said list regarding payment info, etc.
A couple folks mentioned making the "wings" a bit wider. I am going to make them wider for all production models simply because it only adds a little bit of weight, costs nothing extra to produce, and will give you guys more flexibility as to where you place your lights.
I made the changes to the CAD program and I will cut out a sample out of some aluminum scrap today some time and post a pic of the top view.

All-
I am going to tally up the final group today on my lunch break and send you all PM's with a couple options for payment instead of posting that info publicly here on the forum. This was much more interest than I had anticipated!!! After I receive payment, give me 2 weeks to make these things since the Easter weekend is coming up, I wont have any time to work on them then. I have already sourced the material and locked down a block of waterjet time to start cutting. I will ship them out in the same order that I receive payment.
For you guys with the '13 T4R's, I have no reason to believe that the grill and core support is any different so it should work just fine, and if it doesn't, we will MAKE it fit one way or another:trophy:
