It's a '98 v6 4wd 5-spd with e-locker. It has the 16'' split spoke rims on it. By going to 15's I can save some money on tires. Regardless of rim size the outside diameter of the tires will be more or less the same when it comes time to buy them. I just am wondering what clearance issues I may run into. Want to run 33x10.50R15 BFG KM2's.
M_Gooch do you have any clearance problems on your 15's with mud getting in them?

I was running 15x10 on my limited but I had to use 1.5 wheel spacers to clear the calipers
I tried to put 15's on my '96 SR5 with no success. I tried stock width with spacers and they still rubbed.
What is the contact point on the calipers? Would the certain amount of back spacing make it workable without spacers?
Another thing to think about if you've already got 16" wheels. You'd never be able to run tundra calipers and rotors with 15" wheels. The upgrade is my favorite mod so far. I wouldn't give it up at all.
I guess I will have to just get a rim and test fit on the front.
