Who Lives in So Cal?

04Runner, sounds like a good idea. i'd like to see what mods others have on their 4R so that I can do it on mine. I'm in the San Gabriel Valley area

Yeah im located in SO-CAL.IM HERE IN SOUTH ORANGE COUNTY. not the same as the show. but If there is a meet with all of us Im down. i need to put some hours in on the trails. But,any kind of meet would be good!!!!
 
lets try to put something together in jan. or feb, maybe try to hit an easy trail in the area. theres azusa ohv and rincon thats close by, but i'll go home and check out what are some other places we can meet up. any other ideas?
 
just wondering.. have any one of ya guys seen eachother on the road? figure with all of us living in such a close proximity, we're bound to run into eachother in traffic ;)

I have yet to even see a 4R w/the T4R.org sticker and I drive over 150miles a day! (as far north as Palmdale/Lancaster, as far south as Oceanside, & as far east as Victorville/Barstow)

Nope. None:dammit: Every time a 4runner rolls by I get excited and still haven't seen any T4R.ORG stickers or 4runners with many mods.

The only 4th gen mods I have seen are AVS Blackened Taillight Covers and the Billet Grill Insert. I guess I did see another one with dual exhaust and rims that I spotted in a parking lot. Maybe it's because we are driving too fast :zoom:

Thanks for checkin in everyone, we are up to 41 now. It would be awesome if even half of us could meet. You all may be able to talk me into some 2WD-capatible off-roading, just so I got some people watching my back ...... and my front too........ I'm an off-road virgin.

I'm guilty of not having a T4R sticker on my ride yet.

If you pass by Malibu or County Line on Sat and Sun mornings 6am-10am my truck is usually parked while I'm in the surf.

Could we do a poll on who wants a meet-up? Let me see if I can do that.

Yeah, I hope some more check in. I don't think 45 is that little though. Lots of people don't even list their location. I think we have a pretty large representation. I bet New Jersey and New York have more though. Seems to be quite a few from there.

In the meantime, we can all keep our eyes pealed for people to add to the list. I've added tons that haven't checked in yet. :dunno: Dunno why they haven't. They might miss out checking out Biff's supercharger, rando's carpc, and Goodtimes offroad machine. We'd probably get more attention with a thread subject like: "Come check out Biff's Supercharger, Rando's Carpc, and Goodtimes Radical Offroader!" Who could pass that up?

Maybe we should work on recruiting more locals by passing out T4R.ORG cards :hello:

Anyone here live in Irvine and drive a 4th gen with a billet grille? I see that Runner alot.
