Who makes intakes for the T4R?

Check out S&B. Some are selling them on ebay for $180 shipped. It's what I have and have been very pleased with the performance and sound, as well as the quality.

The stock airbox isn't much bigger than most of the aftermarket intakes but gettign rid of the ISR will free up the clutter. I guess you must have the $$$ to pass up a $150 in savings for the same result.

I was going to....
I was going to do the deck plate mod so I bought the deckplate and I went to my friends shop who happens to own a very well known off road shop where I live to use his tools and put it on. He asked me what the hell I was doing and I explained it to him and he told me it was the gayest thing he had ever heard of! So im gonna wait until I have the money for a real intake. So,you're using peer pressure as an excuse to spend money? 
The deckplate produces the same whp as a $200 intake and is unoticeable with the plate in place if you ever go to sell it since intakes sometimes frighten off potential buyers if you ever have to sell it.
I don't understand why your friend says it's "gay";it's a full functioning mod that should easily be recognized by someone that works on cars.
I know it's just a hole in the airbox but that's all the intake kits are to our naturally aspirated motors.
I still don't see how one can spend money just for the *bling* factor for a part under the hood of a non race vehicle.
Some of us have better things to spend our hard earned money and spend it wisely elsewhere on our trucks. Just my .02

Well I kinda understand but I just like the look of a smiple intake and less clutter under the hood. Money is just paper and and im not too worried about $200.00! Iam not rich by any means!I see why you did it. I want to get the intake because it gives me a nice clean appearance and works very well! I have the K&N FIPK 2 on my 3.4, no problems at all. Easy install, just make sure you have the right hole saw before you start.
There's no change in gas mileage, but definitely gets the 4Runner moving fast...also sounds pretty sweet.

I have a K&N on my truck but I have a AEM dry filter to not hurt the MAF sensor with the oil on the K&N.
