I was looking on-line at used trucks from December through February (ended up buying a used Chevy Silverado -- no flaming me, please), and there were a few that looked "too good to be true" at first glance. I decided to see where it (they) went, though.

There was a phone number - which sounded like a fax or modem when I called it; and there was no chance to leave a message. The e-mail address brought a response, but it was in horribly broken English. I live in VA, and one e-mail response said the truck was in New Jersey but they were willing to ship it to me for my inspection (WTF?) in exchange for personal information. A second advertisement elicited an e-mail response saying the truck was in Delaware. They had separate "G-Mail" addresses and different phone numbers, but it was quite obvious they were written by the same person.

Things like that end up in the "trash" file before the second hand on my clock ends up back at the top. This Tacoma seems like a similar type of "phishing" scam; or perhaps it has salvage or junk title - and maybe the pictures do not honestly match the present condition of the truck. Caveat emptor!
