Who tried LOW RANGE.com

I'm assuming you mean lowrangeoffroad.com? I've ordered thousands of dollars of stuff from them over the last few years. Mostly Trail Gear stuff for my pickup, but also some of their brand stuff, and even OEM Toyota stuff that they stock. They are awesome, great customer service, quick to ship, all around great company and I highly recommend them.

Couldn't disagree more. The past several times I've done business with them, they've had poor customer service, poor communication, slow shipping speeds, high shipping prices, I could go on. I drove 45 minutes one way to talk face to face with the guy at the counter and they still didn't get my last order right. I used to like Low Range, but not anymore.

I have mixed thoughts on lowrange. I use them quite a bit just because they are local for me. literally a block away. I don't know how their shipping prices are, but I have never had a problem with their service. However I know a lot of people who have which taints my opinion of them, because I trust those people who have had problems. I do know if it is something that they stock in their warehouse they do pretty good. The only time I had a problem with them was a part they special ordered in and it took forever. But I picked it up at the shop just minutes after UPS dropped it off. I can't blame them for their customer being slow.

Hi, thanks for you guys comment. I wanted to order a pair of Lower ball joint.
They seems to have pretty good prices on this.
Ebay have only MOOG lower ball joint...
I believe the OP isn't in the US. Napa may not be an option.

Good point!! If that's the case, I can't imagine International shipping would be cheap.
