Would you wash the undercarriage after fluid film during the winter? I recently applied FF to my frame and last week we had our first snow storm in Colorado, with the mag chloride on the roads. I'm wondering if it is better to rinse off the salt underneath or leave it alone since I know the pressure wash will remove the fluid film. I did not apply the FF to the body, just the frame and I'm not sure that I really got everywhere on the frame since some of it is hard to reach.

no myself and FF recommend you do not rinse it off. ive never rinsed my own vehicle off underneath and re coat it every year

Anyone know of any companies offering Fluid Film coating or something similar is southern California? Fortunately they don't use salt on the roads here but it's still a good idea to have done to maximize the life of your rig.

My shop does the rust clean up (full frame restoration if needed) and uses Woolwax products. (A local company).
The shop is in Braintree Ma. World Motorwerks. Internal and external frame coatings.
