who's running LC with OME shocks?

My 7-wrap LC coils are in the mail with OME comfort shocks. Before I put these in next week I'm trying to find out if the shocks are too short. I've heard different stories so any help would be great! If you guys say to ditch them I'll ditch them..

I am running Tokico Trekmaster (#GE4095) shocks for the rear with my LC 8s they are great. I think a bunch of guys on here that run LCs run Tokico Trekmaster shocks for the rear.

OP,if you don't take your rear sway bar off you'll be ok with the OME Comforts. If you want to get more rear travel and lose the sway bar (worth it IMO), then the OMEs will get overextended.

I'm running Bilstein HDs for a fj80 in the rear. So far they have ridden great and done never well off road.

im running 8wraps with my stock shocks!!!!! :banana: they have worked fine for me but dont get much flex out of them, i know i know i will be changing them out for the ones that ^ they have

like the above lol- you could run them with factory shocks... so to answer the ? no they are not to short. Take your rear sway bar off, or rig up some disconnects so you can adjust it otherwise you wont reach full flex-

Like I warned earlier, If you remove the rear sway bar with OME Comfort shocks, you'll overextend them.

See the bent stud. It'll break after a while.

BTW, the Trekmaster's studs are a lot thicker than the OME's too.

Well i have the 9 wraps with my OME comfort shocks and can tell u that i had this same dilemma or not knowing if they fit or not and i have been too busy to change out my shocks but ive been riding with over extended shocks for a while now.
