Why are there ads added to my posts?

All of the sudden when I post there are ads for random crap at the bottom.

What the hell is this and is there a way to stop it?:dammit:

It`s your post but it`s not your board, running a board like this is expensive, advertisement is to offset that cost.
Answer to your second question would be no, nothing you can do about that.

It is also not just your post...it is the last post of each page. Once you are no longer the last post, the add is not longer on your post but the person who post below you.

sure there ways to stop them but then u would need to give the owner of the forum money to offset the money he would be making on the ads vs the money ur giving the owner

That makes sense about firefox.

I only notice them at work.

I just thought I was getting highjacked by some interweb thing. IF its good for the forum its ok by me.
