Why didn't I do this before?

Well I had to replace the tires on my 4Runner and the local dealer informed me that the next size larger tire was actually cheaper than the 265's that came on the truck. Gotta admit I like it. After seeing how good she looked I went to a local place and had the front windows tinted (which if you are in the Tallahassee area the place to go is "Super Daves" he did a great job I think :gun6: )to Complete the look. My Bull bar and lights arrive next week so I will be having some fun with that too. The before and after shots are going to be pretty cool. want to complete the changes before I post the before and afters.

Whatcha think? Good job on the tint match? Tires look good too I think. :wink2:

Good call Clemson...according to tire rack only one model of the Dueler A/T from Bridgestone comes in a 275, but's that on a 20 wheel and not with raised white letters. Looks like he got a Revo in 285?

Wow Sorry guys, I was out with the family the whole day..... Gaterose called it on the tires and SkylineGTRacer named that hitch.....There are two versions of that hitch I preferred the Dominator D-360B. bought it for $91 dollars and free shipping from Amazon.com http://www.amazon.com/Go-Rhino-D360B-Dominator-Black/dp/B0012WKCR6 I added some lower back up lights as well.
I need to put down all of the mods I have done to her, Mostly LEDs, Rear light mod, Daytime running lights mod, Added the K&N, Blacked out headlights etc

I love this 4Runner! Good call guys! Can't wait to get the bullbar and Lights on...

They look great Chief. Any rubbing there on the front edge? It looks like a tight fit, but it looks like that's the way it should have been from the get go. Keep us updated. I'm looking to lift and go with a bigger tire, but if the lift doesn't work out right away then I may have to get the bigger tires sooner as mine are about ready to go. The truck only has 33,000 miles on it, but those factory tires they put on were junk and I don't think the previous owner rotated them!

Thanks For that, I am expecting the Bull bar and the lights any day now so the will be the next improvement. Then the 3/2 toytech lift/leveling kit. I have no rubbing ordinarily, only when I am in a hard over turn and even then it isn't much. A little noise is about all again it is next to nothing. it is rubbing in the plastic splash guard in the front.
These tires are a full inch larger than the factory tires. and I think it looks great.

You know you can take your stock headlights apart and paint them exactly like that VERY easily? It's very easy because the reflector separates from the chrome parts that are black on the ones you bought and A LOT cheaper

You know you can take your stock headlights apart and paint them exactly like that VERY easily? It's very easy because the reflector separates from the chrome parts that are black on the ones you bought and A LOT cheaper

Gaterose, I WAS going to do just this when I noticed that my original headlights had some micro cracks in the lenses so that was out. I really like the look though and I will post the pics when I have them.

That Bull bar reminds me of the Hunter Bull bar (that I can no longer find) If it comes out as good as I am hoping it should look pretty sweet. Andy:thanks:
