Why does my rotor look like this?

I did the Tundra 231mm brake upgrade sometime ago. I'm probably on my 3rd set of rotors, but recently noticed an oddity on the drivers side inner brake surface.

None of the other surfaces look like this and I didn't feel anything different on the pads or rotor surface itself.

Thoughts ?

It would appear there is something up with the pads whether it is busted or the wrong size, unless my eyes are seeing something wrong.

lets see, its looks like its really only wearing on one break pad. because that one isnt seating real well. i wonder if your caliper sliders are stuck so its only rubbing on one side of your caliper. look and see if the other pad is noticeably worn down further than that back one.

Outboard

You have pics of the outboard side of the rotor?is it the same?check rotor thickness between the dark and light surface.

Being a 4 piston caliper I would think pressure difference. Did you buy the calipers used? I would pull the tire/wheel off and have someone hit the brake while you watch pistons. Looks like top inside piston is not applying as much pressure or inside lower piston too much. Watch for them to return evenly and apply evenly.
