Why is my horn honking?

I left my dome light on all night on accident and had to jump my truck to get it to start. Now, everytime I lock and unlock my car the horn honks (using antitheft remote). It's annoying. Why is it doing it? anyone?
Also... I started on my satoshi grille... I bent the tabs in the back down and am going to use them to bolt on the mesh. I'm going today to get my mesh and hopefully will finish this week sometime..

not too sure where im gonna get the mesh. i found online something called modders mesh. still looking for exactly what i want. and brian, it might be time for a new battery
 
My guess is when your battery died it reset your alarm settings. I think theres a way to change them. Did a quick search and couldn't find what I was looking for. Maybe someone can point you in the right direction.
 
Because it is Spring and there are lots of hotties walking about this time of year.

Funny story - my brother attending college in a town with basically only one good looking girl had his horn get stuck on when he honked to say hi to the only hot girl in town. 1986 AMC Jeep possessed SUV.
 
Just reminded me of the time we 'rewired' a buddies horn to the brake lights. Every time he pressed the brake pedal the horn would blow! He very nearly wrecked leaving the parking lot, but it sure was funny!!
 
ok so from wat i can gather from ur first post... Ur alarm before didnt have the horn noise when u unlocked/locked the doors just the little beep noise. So i accidently changed from the beep to the horn after pressing the red valet button and well nvr figured out how to turn it off though i ended up liking it more bc i could hear it further when walking away from the car.

Well i have found a solution if this is ur problem... let me no if im on the right page with ya and ill show ya how to get rid of it.

YES!! how do i get rid of it? and actually i disabled the beep so that it is silent when i do my alarm... except for the horn now. and you live in San Antonio? i will be in Austin this weekend
 
lol thats tight dude! ya i live on the outskirts of SA like 45 min from austin... So its kinda hard to explain but il try to get some pics for u today. Ok so u have a cylindrical module in the engine bay by the passenger tire fender. U will see it has a connection and once u unplug it, it will disable the horn and itll work just like u had it before and wont have problems with it.

ok...i already disabled the beep sound, but the horn is still chirping when i arm. disarm the system. It has never done this before and i'm not sure what i did to make it do that.... it's driving me crazy!! help!
