although i agree low riders are not my style, it is not right for you guys to bash low riders, this is after all a 4runner organization. This is not a 4x4 lifted site. Please remember to be respectful about others choices on what they do to their vehicles.
You dont have to like it but dont mock it openly it just makes you look bad to people coming here asking for help.

hey dont get me wrong everybody has there opinions i think mini trucks are way cool iam just saying why convert a good stock truck to this that is one trait that made first gens so cool

I don't really like it myself, but think about the frame and body design on the 1st gens... That's kind of impressive to have pulled it off. I don't think that can be the stock frame.

The way the IFS is set up on the 1st get I bet you could achieve that low by removing the front drive axle and unloading the torsion bars. The back,,,, probably modified....

I don't think there's one member on here with a truck that lowered;IMO there's "low" and then there's rediculous and I don't think there's anybody that's going to be offended by a few comments in these threads. There are forums for low riders and this site has vey little to offer to that crowd outside a few drivetrain questions.
Well I'm sure its not the reaction your looking for, but I think that looks pretty cool. May not be your thing, but some people are into that. You're certainly free to modify your own vehicle however you see fit. And criticize someone elses that you think looks stupid, I suppose, if thats what you want to do.

oh please. Thats just ridiculous and tacky. It's a fact. I know you'll reply back saying thats just my opinion but I don't think that anyone, even low rider enthusiast (i can appreciate a well done low rider btw), would say that looks good.

I think it would be fine with better rim n tires and some graphics
i personally think low rider trucks are ridiculous.. and i see having it lowered defeats the purpose of being 4x4!.... that said i must acknowledge the fact that it does look pretty cool for being a lo-rider! like a hurst or something along those lines. and thats a major compliment coming from someone who usually doesnt like lo-riders.
