wierd miss in 87

i have an 87 4runner with a 22re and it has a really wierd miss that i cant figure out. had trouble code for ecu loosing signal from dist p/u coil so replaced it and it got a little bit better but still does it. it dosent start missing till over 35 mph on acceleration or any slight load. it idles fine and dosent miss till 3rd gear. 1st and second are fine even if i load it down in thoes gears. any ideas would be great
