Will 255/70/18 fit? 4th gen

I have an 06 4runner with 2.5/1.5 Daystar lift. My stock tire is 265/60/18.. Does anyone have or know if a 255/70/18 will fit ok? I don't want to buy these and be stuck with them if I'm going to have issues.Thats a lot of money to spend on something to give you problems. Thanks for your input.

Yes they will fit. Search for 255/75/17 which is the same size as you are wondering about. It's a very popular size for the lift you have.

I'm limited on what's out there.. BFG is limited on their size for 18 inch A/T. Firestone Destination has 255/70/18 and so does Hankook RF10. I want a Cooper S/T but can't get it in any size that comes close to what I'm wanting..I'm seriously thinking of selling these 18 inch rims and getting 17's

There's a few choices... As you said the Destination A/T's are one. The Hankook's seem to be well liked too. I'd look at the Toyo's too. Do a shop-by-size here: Discount Tires, Wheels & ATV | Treadepot.com

That is not a bad idea. You do pay a premium on 18's and getting the right tire in the right size is tough. A wheel and tire package would not be too cost prohibitive as you'd be able tos ell your 18's - and they will go quickly on here - you'll be in good shape. Buying a wheel/tire set will also allow you to get the ideal offset for your new tires

As Chris pointed out.. Toyo is a good option for an AT and treadepot has real good prices on toyo's.

I Know you asked about 17 but i run 255/85/16 bfg km2 and its basically a 33 i have OMe lift and arb bumper but zero rub
