Will all 4th gen seats fit all 4th gen years?

While continuing my quest for best options for seat upholstery below, I may have located a viable leather doner from an 05 sport. This raises a good question I cannot find the answer for by searching. Will any year 4th gen seat fit another 4th gen? Not speaking of the airbags, power, heat etc. I understand that part but will any 4th gen bolt into any year 4th gen? I found a guy who wants 100 bucks for a set of black leather seats out of his totaled 05 and that is to good to ignore as an option.

98% sure yes. I remember seeing someone install Limited seats on his/her OLDER 4th gen SR5. Again, I can't remember (I'm getting old).

Front seats should bolt up fine. The rear seats are iffy, there's a thread on whether or not reclining 2nd row will bolt up.

Thanks for that. I did see that thread and assumed from it that mine with 2 rows would need to be 2 rows and not one with a 3rd row. I do thank you both for assuring me on the front seats which was my main concern

All fronts will bolt up but the electrical connections change. An SR5 won't have the harness for the passenger side but it can be added.

pretty sure I saw on the forum where the power and heat would work and the plug is there on the drivers side. passenger side power would need power wired from an ignition souce but once that was done all was well.

My SR5 has leather, driver has powered seats (except seat memory ), was considering adding a powered passenger seat.

I have an 04 SR5 with factory leather and third row seats. When I called Clazzio about new leather, they told me the second row seats are different for the two row models than they are for the third row seat models. they carried second row leather for the two row models, but they did not carry second row leather if you have third row seat option.

please note that the "floor wire harness" that contains harnesses to the seats changed in 06. I learned the hard way that 06+ power seats bolt into an 03-05 just fine, but the wiring harnesses are totally different. I couldn't figure out how to splice, although a couple of members here did. If you have an 03-05, I'd stick with seats from that era, same for the 06-09.
