Yes you'll get approx 4 inches of lift. Are you trying to build something functional? If so what will you be using it for? Or is it just for looks?

Just for looks and a smooth ride. I have an 07 sport 4WD with Xreas. I deer hunt but rarely have to put it in 4WD. I mainly just like the looks of the lifted 4Runner much better.

I'd go with a cornfed 3/2 spacer lift then with a body lift. Much cheaper, your ride won't change and you can keep your existing shocks.

Depending on mileage, I second zstampe's suggestion. If you're low mileage (under 100k) and the XREAS shows no signs of leaking, I'd go with a spacer lift since it's purely for looks. If you're over 100k miles, then it wouldn't be a bad idea to replace the shocks. You can do the Cornfed 3/2 or another great option is the Daystar 2.5/1.5 + stock coils from a FJ Cruiser. The FJ coils make a big difference in the ride, a lot of members here have used this setup with great results.

Thanks Arkie. Im up in Springdale by the way if you are in this part of Arkansas. I really wanna do the lift right the first time. I have 75000 miles on it. I thought about the radflo coilover kit but I read on Toytec's website that the Old man Emu lift was the best riding. So I figured go with the OME full kit and add the 1" body lift for the 4" I want. I would come out a little cheaper than the coilover kit. I would prob go ahead and add UCAs as well. Then put BFG A/T 275-70-18 on it. Anymore input is greatly appreciated

Then forget about doing spacers. Replace the shocks, springs and UCA since in your own words, you "wanna do the lift right the first time." I highly recommend Icon but I know several friends who have Radflo and are very happy with them. I don't have any personal experience with OME but I've heard some complain about the stiff ride.

Are you looking at adding aftermarket bumpers or roof racks in the future? If you're going to be adding significant weight at some point, you should plan for that. Doing it right the first time will definitely save you money in the long run.

Oh yeah I would love to go with Icon. Its quite a bit more pricey for their kits. I hear Icon rides the best out of all the coilover kits. The only extra weight I can see adding is a bull bar or light bar up front.

I'm in Little Rock. I'm running a full Overland Warehouse setup (it's made by Radflo but has different specs than the typical Radflo kit). If you ever get down this way, I'd be happy to meet up so you can get a feel for the ride with this kit.

I agree with doing it right the first time, but there's no clear definition for "right". For the uses you mentioned, I think the coil over kits are overkill. If you can afford them and have money to burn then by all means go for it. In my opinion the OME is the stiffest, that's the main reason I'm running the OW kit (didn't like the OME setup).

My suggestion is based on mileage. As I originally said, if your at 75-100k miles then the shocks probably need replaced. If you're lower mileage, I'd just do the spacer lift. XREAS is a good system, especially for what you're using it for. If you decide to replace it, I'd go with 5100's and FJ coils all around. I ran this and really liked it. My only complaint was that there was more nose dive when braking than stock XREAS. I ended up upgrading (several times for various reasons), but in the end it was a big price to pay. The coil over kits are no doubt better off road, but for on road use I don't see a huge difference other than less nose dive when braking and body roll in turns.

I can't compare to ICON as I've never had them, but I have had multiple setups and for on road handling it's hard to beat the 5100/FJ setup for the price.
