I wanted to adjust my front bilstein shocks all the way up which are adjusted to approximately 2" right now, and i wanted to put rear coils from a lancruiser in on my 97 4runner. Also the truck already has a 2" toytech body lift. Can anybody tell me if i crank my front shocks all the way up and put those rear coils in if the tires will look to small?

There is no way for us to tell you if they will look to small because you never said how big your tires are. If they are stock 265/70/16 then yeah, they will probably get the 'too small' look. With a 2 inch bl and 3+ inch lc coils bring, you could basically fit 35's under there, but you would be running 31's. Also, if you do much offroading then I would suggest not putting the billies up any more notches.
My two cents would be to buy a more modest lift for the back, such as the ome 906s or performance coils, that way your rig will set level. And if you feel the need to go higher, get at least 32's or even 33's.
