Will Sequoia wheels fit?

They are off a 2004 Sequoia. 18" BBS wheel with tire, was wondering if they'd fit an 07 stock 4runner?

It should fit, there's a few members here with the stock 17" Sequoia wheels on their 4th gen 4Runners. Do you know the back spacing of those 18" wheels? That might the only variable causing them not to work.
