I don't think so.

No. Look at the lug pattern. You have a 6 lug and those rims are 5 lugs. There are converters for lugs but I wouldn't do it.

First and foremost they are 5 lug and your 4runner is 6 lug. As everyone else has stated, absolutely not! :hiding:
