will these rims fit?

Well it looks like the wheels are 6 lug, so that's a start. 3rd Gen 4runners, and if I'm not mistaken all 4runners have a bolt pattern of 6 on 5.5". If that's what they are then yes they will bolt up, but you should also ask what the wheel offset is. Just by the pictures, I doubt the offset on those wheels is anything crazy, so it shouldn't be a problem, but I would still ask.

Also, those tires are 265/75 R16, so they will fit; the only reason I know they are that size is because that tire (Wrangler TD) only comes in that size. I had some on my truck before.

Make sure it's 4 or 4.25 back spacing. In the future if you want to put 33" or 35" tires you won't have any problem tire rubbing on upper arm.

Maybe I'm not getting it, but those rims retail for about $400 a set don't they? Or is that the price with the tires on them too?
