Will these shoes fit?

Hey guys.. ok so im in the process ofinstalling an OME Suspension....

front and real coils and shocks....

and obviously next comes wheels..

will cooper stt 285/75/16 tires fit with 1.5" wheel spacers?

im thinking i will have to trim a bit.

Anybody know any problems i might run in to?

It'll rub on inner fender when you hit bumpy off roads.
