I don't see why not. I have the the 15" version of those on my pickup with 31x10.5 R15 BFG AT and I have zero issues.

Why do you want those rims? I've always liked the style that you have on there already better. I would use that $200 and spend it on something else for your rig. Just my opinion..

I have those rims in 16", they fit fine. They're awesome rims, too. Very light, and they're everywhere if I ever ding one and need to pick up another.

I thought the 01-04 Tacoma/1st gen Tundra wheels only came in 16" which is what the op is reffering to......I think
