Uhh, It looks like they should fit no problem... why would you get the same size tire with a bigger rim? Im no tire expert, but it appears you are going to have the same tire height with a bigger rim... so all you get is a bigger hole in the center of the same size tire...

Am I right?!! I may not be... but maybe the offset is different...

No, your wrong. That size is equivalent to a 265/75/16.

That's the biggest size we can run stock on 17" wheels. Basically you just subtract five from the middle number as you increase your rim size, assuming you keep the same width.

rayny-That rim seems like of wide. I'm not really good with rim widths and tire fitment though.
