Will these wheels work on a 2003 SR5?

Recently bought a used 4Runner and researching wheels. I found a pretty good deal on a set of Rockcrushers and I wonder if they will fit on my stock 2003 SR5 without mods. I have 265/65-17 tires that I will swap onto these and use my stock wheels for winter tires. I am not well versed on backspacing and offset for this vehicle so I defer to the experts.

The model is 887-79060 Rockcrusher. 17x9, 6x5.5 , 0 offset, 5 backspace.

Yep those will fit. They will have 1/2 inch more UCA clearance than stock and stick out 2 inches on each side over stock. What you may want to think about is if your tire is recommended for a 9" wide wheel. I think most 265's have a maximum wheel width recommendation of 8.5.

I emailed Summit Racing about the same time I posted this. They were very helpful as well and explained that I need to be looking for an 8" wheel with -15 to -25 of offset.

Seems this vehicle is rather limited in wheel selection. (The ones on Tire Rack are almost all ****y looking IMO.) I scoured the photos on this site and saw very few 4Runners with custom wheels and now I know why. When I do see a wheel I like it wont fit or it's only sold in 22" bling-bling size.

Just about every vehicle I have owned had custom wheels but this one maybe isn't worth the trouble. I would hate to play with lifts and suspension

BTW. Does anyone have any links to stores beside discount Tire direct or Tire Rack where you can input your vehicle model and search wheels? Maybe need to keep searching...

Finding wheels can be tough. When I was shopping for mine I used this online calculator to help see if they would fit.

Stock wheels are 17 x 7.5 with 30mm offset. This gives you a backspacing of around 5.5 and 3 front. I wouldn't look at a wheel with more than 5" backspacing because you might have issues with rubbing on the UCA if you upgrade tires. I think you should be okay with anywhere from 5" to to 4.5" backspacing.
