will this skid fit my 4runner?

Saw this ad on craigslist for a "tundra" skid plate. It looks exactly like the ones from the tacoma's that many people have put on their 3rd gen 4runners. Here is the link to the skid plate and I am picking it up tomorrow if it fits. Thanks!!

does it include hardware? I wonder if the brackets are different form the Tacoma version.

The brackets for the official Sport Edition in '02 put the skidplate too much in front of the bumper and lower and I just didn't like that and IMO with the fatlip it's best to use the Tacoma brackets and make some extending pieces from scrap metal to make it hug the lower edge of the valance.
On the pre '99s the Tacoma brackets fit perfectly as is.
