Will this wheel work with 4th gen?

I am wondering if a wheel with these specs would work? I am going to upgrade to a 285/70/17 tire, and want to get new wheels as well. I don't mind doing a little cutting. Just wondering if this wheel would work or would I have to use wheel spacers as well?

Back Spacing = 5.20 in
Offset = 18 mm.

From what I've read, 4 to 4.5" backspace is needed. You could always trim and change your uca's, which, looking at your mods, may not be too far into the future for you.
