William's Wheeling Wagon

So I decided that since I have a little man on the way I should start building him his first wheeling rig.

Every little one should have some sort of a wagon and after helping a few other friends build wagons for their kids it is finally my turn.

here is the start I ordered a Northern tool red all terrain wagon for basically the tub and handle.

My wife got excited when she saw the box and wanted to put it together in stock form to see what it normally looks like

in all her stock glory

new wooden stake sides
custom frame
key lime green paint

spare tire mount on rear?
rear tow point to pull his friends wagons out lol

Disassembled the stock wagon

Started building the new frame

planning on going by a buddies autoparts shop today after work to look into bushings and or rod ends for the links trying to make something functional and cool with out being ridiculous priced and etc...

This is awesome!! It'd be cool if you had it setup so you could modify it further down the road and add a little motor and driveshaft but maybe that's for another project :D

The springs are super stiff 750lb rated so with these on there is wont do much found some other like 90lb springs i want to swap on but have a bunch of other stuff that came up so those will have to be a later update mod.

So I know this thread has been dead for a while but life got pretty busy with complications and then having a little baby around the house so I'm over 6months behind my finish date but I got some more work done.

Ended up ditching the original springs and my brother came up with a great idea and put rc car springs on the inside of the shocks now they look fancy and are actually a useable spring rate (well hopefully)
