Winch Bumber combo -- 2004 4Runner

I am involved in Amateur Radio Emergency Communications as well as Search and Rescue -- Very Important

I really need to find a proper Winch and Bumper assembly for it.

No one seems to be making it right now -- Toyota is making it in Japan for other similar vehicles (Prado) -- but not for 4Runner.

SafariGard hasn't done it since 2003 -- they keep making promises, though.

Any Definitite leads ? -- -- thanks

if you need something now, you have a few options:

1. get the 05/06 tacoma ARB bumper and retrofit it to fit to your 4runner. It will require refabricating the mounts to the frame but that's about it. Everything else should line up I believe. You might encounter issues w/ the bars lining up with the headlights but when you're rebuilding the mounts you can adjust it accordingly then.

2. goto some fabricator and have him make a custom bumper

3. wait for ARB. - will be A LONG time (I'd say atleast another year or so)
