Winch How to install?

I am going to be getting a new 2010 4Runner Limited and would like to get a winch on the front of it. How does it mount? Do I need a bull bar or a brush guard to mount it?

How much should I expect to pay for a good Warn winch, brush guard or bull bar? Then how much do most places charge to install? Should I have the Toyota dealer install it?

Going through the threads and saw yours. Try this site: Lucrum ind. Although it's primarily for FJ Cruisers you'll get some idea of what you're looking for/up against. I would also send LUCRUM IND an email and ask if/when they intend on making a similar mount for the new 5th Gen. if it's at all possible. The more people that email/contact them the better!
