Winch installation with a Shrockworks bumper question

So my bumper is unexpectedly early (by 3 weeks!) and is already on the way! Of course, I want to install it as soon as possible, but I haven't picked out a winch yet.

My question is: Is it going to be just as easy to install the winch after the bumper is installed or should I get the winch and install them at the same time? I'd hate to install the bumper and find out that it needs to come off to add the winch at a later time. Thanks for your help!

no clue on the shrock stuff, but i will most likely need to go on the bumper then then put the winch/bumper on the truck. It will be heavy so get some friends. its probably going to weigh just under 200 LBS

Most of the guys with SW bumpers at toyota120.com install the winches after the bumper is installed.
