?Winch Mount Frame Bolt Size?

Does anyone know the size of the bolts to use for a front winch mount on 1st Gen 4runner? There are 2 sizes I think. One is smaller.

When there are two sizes of anything, one is always smaller.
And consequently, the other is larger.
