Wind Visors for Windows on eBay Question

Has anyone bought these? I am still undecided on in-channel or stick on. Right now when it rains the water goes straight into my window controls...so I want something that will prevent that for sure. I read the other threads on T4R on these but wasn't sure if these were the Wades or not.

Just wondering how they match up with other brands.

Definitely go with the in-channel type, it's less bulky, looks more factory and it doesn't get in the way of cleaning the door surrounds, I have been thinking about the WeatherTech in-channels but do let us know how the wade works for you.

So those are Wades in those eBay links? I didn't see it anywhere in the listing...but I might have overlooked it.

whatever brand you get, go with in-channel not the stick ons. I bought weather tech for the wife's matrix and they look and work great, I think the one's in my 4r are AVS which i bought from jcwhitney for cheap and love 'em!

I have the top ones and they are made by Wade. From what I can tell there is no difference in Wade and WeatherTech.

You can tell they are Wade's from the little red sticker on them. It can be removed if you don't like it.

Do you have any issue with the Wades dripping water into your window switches on the inside of the door?

On my old ranger I ad the in-channel ones. Looked more factory-ish but had a problem with the fit. With the window rolled up it allowed for some air to get through the window making an awful whistle sound.

So this time I got the stick on ones for the 4Runner, just to be safe.

do you have any closer angled shots of the wade in-channels...it's alot cheaper than the WeatherTechs..come on guys lemme see em?

dang im so torn if i wanna get a set or not... i kinda like them but also kinda dont. ugh all these mods and things i nvr intended on getting until i get on here.

The Wades came in last night...I put them on during the dark so I couldn't really get a feel for them but this morning I walked out and they look great! They cover a lot more area than I thought....AND my first test was to turn on my windshield wipers and let the window cleaner run all over and NOT ONE DROP got into my window switches....I even rolled the window all the way down.....so if you have been thinking about getting these just get them!

I got the in channels....glad I did...I think they look a lot more sleek than if I had gotten the tape ons.

Thanks for the help everyone.
