window moulding removal

i have a 1988 4runner, it has the removable hardtop.
the L shaped mouldings at the bottom of the side sliding windows are rotted out, i cant seem to figgure out how to remove these any ideas ??

1)Get inside the truck first. 2)Then I think there is some rubber weatherstripping around the window that you can pull off. 3)Pull it off. 4)Get a razor knife. 5)Cut the glue that is between the fiberglass and the metal frame.

Once you get most of the glue off you can push the window or use a flat blade screwdriver to pry it out have someone help you on the outside to pull the window
The glue is easy to cut but tough, as you pry use the knife to cut the remaining glue.

It took me about 5 mins for each window.

After you get the whole window out there are some screws that you remove to get the L shaped trim off.
